Multi-apartment building complex “Akācijas” fully completed and put into commission

The real estate developer KBO has fully completed the project for construction of “Akācijas”, a residential complex of four multi-apartment buildings with a total of 216 customized apartments.

There are apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, and the apartment area varies from 39 m² to 79 m² accordingly. The apartments come with full interior trim and are equipped with all modern conveniences. The layout of each apartment was designed to keep maintenance costs low and accommodate both young professionals and families with children. The cost of the apartments is from 1,660 EUR/m², and 30% of the apartments have already been reserved.

“When buying a housing today as a good investment for the future, you have to pay attention to all solutions that ensure good micro climate and help reduce monthly maintenance costs. The main objective of our projects is to satisfy demand for new housing with a focus on a well-considered and functional layout where every single square meter is used effectively. Nowadays people are aware that housing costs comprise not only the loan payments but also the housing bills. In “Akācijas”, the housing bills in the coldest winter months will not exceed 80 EUR for the one-bedroom apartments and EUR 120 for the three-bedroom apartments,” says Oskars Dzirnieks, Board Member of KBO.

“Akācijas” were designed, keeping in mind the needs of modern buyers and applying advanced technological solutions. There is a car park, bicycle stands and several playgrounds in the territory of the residential building. For the convenience of residents, each apartment has a storage unit in the basement. A new access road equipped with lighting, a pedestrian path and a pedestrian crossing has been built from the nearby Jūrmalas Gatve thoroughfare to serve the new residential complex.
